Change is seldom easy, but most often leads to new opportunities.
That has most certainly been true of the changes we've all faced over the past few years. But not, with the economy turning around and a more positive air all around, we're ready for changes.
At Classic Equine Equipment, that means a lot - new marketing, a new website, engaging in social media, and connecting in new ways with our previous - and future - customers and friends. It also means new products that help our clients change how they care for their horses, and how their horses remain fit and healthy.
Some of the changes that you'll soon see (in addition to this, a new blog post:)
- www.Classic-Equine.com will soon have a brand new look and feel, including easier navigation and more consumer content that you'll find helpful and relevant.
- New exercisers, including a brand new equine treadmill, that will allow you to better care for the health and fitness of your horse.
- The 2010 Equine World Games will be coming to the U.S. for the first time - to Lexington, KY, and Classic will be there to meet our customers and show our new product line.
Changes are being made in-house, too, with the expansion of our management, sales and production staffs to better service new and existing customers. Yes, while most companies are still in 'wait and see' mode, we're stepping up to the emerging market in a major way!
Some things shouldn't change, though. Like customer service, attention to detail, and respect for everyone we work with and for. We're committed to providing the best, safest, and most thoughtfully designed products coupled with world-class 'concierge' service. And I'll only allow that to change for the better!
A blog is a new thing for us, too. We've chosen this format because it allows us to get instant and credible feedback from the people who matter most - you and the other Classic customers, past and future. So, please - tell us what's on your mind. Help us learn how we can serve your needs. Let us know what issues you are facing with the care of your horses and what solutions you're looking for that you just haven't found. I promise, we'll listen and do our best to meet those needs in new and innovative ways.
What changes are you anticipating in the weeks and months to come? What are you looking forward to? What are you dreading? Leave your comment below, and let's start a conversation from which we can all learn, change, and grow.
